01Laser Cutting
Profile cutting and metal blank preparation to drawing. Material, thickness and edge requirements should be defined from the outset.
Does your part need cutting, stamping, welding or surface finishing? Nam Son reviews the drawing and intended use to assess the manufacturing route.
Explore processesAlongside these four process groups, the factory has CNC, milling and turning equipment for tooling. Specialist metrology and die heat treatment are coordinated with external providers. Tolerances and capability must be confirmed for each drawing.

02Creating holes, ribs and formed geometry. Tooling options are considered together with expected volume before the production approach is selected.
03Joining parts by robotic welding. Weld locations, fixtures and assembly requirements must be agreed.
04Finishing parts for their intended use. Surface requirements are discussed for each product.
Clear requirements help both sides identify what can proceed and what needs further discussion.
State the material grade, thickness and any material-document requirements. No substitution is made without agreement.
Provide a revision-controlled drawing with the necessary dimensions and tolerances. Mark assembly locations and critical characteristics.
State the batch quantity, repeat demand and required date so the production approach can be reviewed.
Agree surface requirements, measurement methods and handover documentation. Specialist metrology scope must be confirmed with the external inspection provider.
Not every part requires every stage shown below. The process sequence is reviewed against the drawing, assembly points and finishing requirements.
Identify the critical dimensions, tolerances and assembly requirements. This gives Nam Son the basis to assess capability before both sides agree the process route.
